Paraguay Ministry of childhood and adolescent Victorina Espínola de Ruiz Díaz and Plan Children Rights Advisor, Nestor Vera.

Plan Paraguay's has been appointed to be the representative of the civil society at the National Counsel of Children and Adolescence of Paraguay.

This space represents the most important area in the government to develop public national policies for children as well as to supervise programs and plans all over the country.   

Plan is being represented by Néstor Vera, Children Rights advisor.

For Plan Paraguay, this recognition is the result of the process to advocate for children’s rights with the strategic vision of a high qualified team, compromised with the mission of Plan.

This is a historical step for Plan Paraguay, that raise their profile as an institution that contribute to built a better society where children and adolescent can develop their full potential. See what Plan is doing on Violence against children.
