families and communities to work together in addressing the structural causes of child poverty at local, national and international levels.

Through this approach, which we facilitate communities identify, design, implement and monitor programs aimed at addressing their needs. Solutions come within the grassroots, from the communities and guarantee the long-term sustainable work of these programs.

Plan works at local, municipal, regional, national and international levels with organizations and agencies from Government and Civil Society that share our aims and value in order to maximize resources, knowledge and program impact.

The majority of the work is carried out at local and municipal levels, where social change strategies are formulated. At the national level we work with networks and national coalitions to influence public policies for children, mobilizing society as a whole. Internationally,  Plan works to influence policy making to benefit children and their communities and to foster education for international development.
