Welcome to Plan Benin

Benin was relatively stable in political and economic terms last year. We worked with nearly 16,000 children and their families.

Plan is based in Mono, a region 120 km west of Cotonou, the economic capital. Mono is characterised by a high population density, soil exhaustion, poverty, diseases and difficult access to drinking water. Working with rural families, our projects focus on improving education and health care, agricultural training and increasing incomes.
