Our work in Burkina Faso

These and dozens of other projects in Burkina Faso were carried out thanks to the generosity and commitment of sponsors across the world.

A few more examples of last year’s achievements:

• 3,600 people in 60 villages participated in workshops about HIV/AIDS prevention
• 106 sanitation facilities were built with Plan’s support in areas that previously had no sewage systems
• 4,500 mosquito nets were distributed to 620 village dispensaries to reduce the spread of malaria
